Copies of the book are available for purchase online. Payments can be by cash, cheque or direct credit in bank account (details will be provided once you make contact with Trish). Please note: we are unable to accept credit card payments for online purchases. Once payment has been finalised, orders will be mailed out to your specified address.
Books are priced at $30 each, plus $5 postage.
